Either way this looks reasonably close to my first draft of the archetype (at least in colors and ETB creatures) which makes me think (n=2) that Bant is the most natural home

The singles for the Zendikar deck total $15 while the clearly stronger Eldrazi deck goes for closer to $40

Bedevil is an excellent card and has many targets in Modern, but may fall be in the shadow of Kolaghans Command for the time being unless you need planeswalker removal
