Mana Ramp Nicol Bolas cards are quite expensive in general, so I wanted to ensure I had plenty of mana ramp

If you didn't, the ability won't trigger at all

All that said, I love some of the new mechanics (Junk tokens, Radiation), and the two decks I like I really like, so Ill give this a passing grade, though were definitely not looking at all-timers here

Note that's not colorless but each color which makes it to my mind the only Familiar that drops colored mana not colorless
